After raising our family, we were ready to build our dream ranch style home. One day, we stumbled across Three Hammer Construction's subdivision - Penfield Crossing. We fell in love with the area and knew this is where we wanted to build. We quickly meet with the Three Hammer Construction team to begin designing our dream home.

Throughout the whole process, we were thrilled with the service, quality and flexibility that Three Hammer Construction gave us. We began the process with one of their original house plans. After carefully listening to our "wish list", Dave and his knowledgeable staff revised the original plan to create a customized floor plan for us that not only satisfied our requirements but also fell within our budget.
